RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 7 Days- return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a returns.

Please email us at wismarthelp@gmail.com with your order number and a couple of pictures of the damaged product and a video within 7 days of delivery.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

COLOR AND DESCRIPTION DISCREPANCY

The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online.

RETURNS

Return is only accepted on if the product is defective or wrong product. Opening video of package is mandatory for any claim.

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. the conditions for return is only Wrong/Damaged Items No all other reasons.

  • The product must be in original condition with tags and packaging

RETURN NOT BE APPLICABLE

If there is any small problem in stitching or minor damage or print is wrong then returns will not be applicable as these are all handmade and made by local workers.

RETURN PROCESS

How to place a return/refund?

In case you have received a wrong, damaged, or partial product, please ensure you have the following images and video as proof within 7 days and have to send on our customer care mail wismart.india@gmail.com of receiving the shipment:

1. Unboxing Video: A video of the entire unboxing process, showing the package as it’s opened and revealing the product. This will serve as additional evidence of the product’s condition upon arrival.

2. Inner Contact (Received Product Image): Images of the product you received, highlighting any visible damage or issues. Please capture the product from multiple angles to provide a comprehensive view.

3. Post Shipped Image: A clear picture of the parcel in its current condition, showing any external damage or discrepancies.

4. Label Image: A picture of the shipping label on the package, which should clearly display all relevant information such as tracking numbers and shipping details.

 

VERIFIED BY US

  • Refund will be initiated after the item is received and verified by us
  • The full amount will be refunded after Inspection
  • No refund (or product in case of exchange) shall be issued in case the product is not found in its original products and condition with tags and packaging

 

REFUNDS  

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  •  Products original packaging / box should be undamaged  
  •  No refund (or product in case of exchange) shall be issued in case the product is not found in its original products and condition with tags and packaging
  • Products must be in original condition and include all labels & tags intact.

  • Decoration Material Like Purse, Jewelry, And Any Other Accessory Showing In The Image Are Not Included With The Product Always Check Description Before Purchase.

Cancellation

  • A customer can cancel the order only within 24 hours of placing the order & not beyond 24 hours
  • In case of cancellation and the order Placed is Prepaid, the refund might take 2-3 working days to reflect in customer’s account from the date of cancellation
